Here below are the restaurant rates for walk-in clients:--

• No booking may be re-assigned except with written acceptance of the booking office
• The management reserves the right to release rooms on non-arrival of guests after 06.00 pm EAST unless prior notification is received of planned late arrival;
• Full payment is required at least 35 days before the date of accommodation from clients who do not have credit facilities with Ishasha-Ntungwa River Camp. The booking office reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid for within this period;
• Prices are subject to change without notice;
• Ugandan residents are offered discounted rates. Local and International travel agents are also offered preferential discounted rates. Please call for further details

The following cancellation charges apply to reservations at Ishasha-Ntungwa River Camp:

• 30 days prior to the date of taking up residence: no charge;
• 25 - 29 days prior to the date of taking up residence: 8% charge;
• 24 - 10 days prior to ato the date of taking up residence: 24% charge;
• 9 - 2 days prior to the date of taking up residence: 60% charge;
• 48 hours or less prior to arrival: full charge.
